Interesting information about the different education systems in the world.

In many countries around the world,

autumn means the beginning of a new class.  But in the United States, Russia, Chile and Iceland, that means something else.
In which country do students spend the least time?  Which families spend the most money on school supplies?  Which country's students have been studying for 23 years?
Interesting information about the different education systems in the world:
$ 27 billion spent on paper and glue?
An average family in the United States spends an average of $ 685 on a child's school supplies after the holidays.  In 2005 the amount was $ 460.  This means that annual spending on school supplies is about $ 2.5 billion a year.
If it also includes the cost of universities, this amount increases to $ 83 billion.  The most expensive items in this equipment are computers, with an average cost of $ 299.  Costumes: $ 286, Electronics: $ 271, while folders, binders, books, pens and highlighters are $ 112.
Denmark's students are on average 200 hours a year on average.
Russia has the shortest education time in 33 developed countries.  Students read only 500 hours a year, while the global average is 800 hours.
But that doesn't mean that Russians are inferior to anyone in the educational field.  The literacy rate there is about 100%.
Denmark is the exact opposite.  There, students study for a thousand hours a year.  But since Denmark is one of the top five countries in the world in education, it can be said that they are right.
 The cheapest education?
Expenses for education may vary in different countries.  Hong Kong students are the most expensive if the fees, books, transportation and housing costs are mixed.  In Hong Kong, parents spend $ 131,161 a year on their children's education.
Second is the UAE, where it spends $ 99 thousand, while Singapore is third with $ 71,000.  In America, a child's education costs $ 58,000.  However, American parents pay only 23% of this out of pocket.
The lowest education costs come to France, where parents spend only $ 16,000 a year on all their child's education.
The burden of education on trees
But not only do the parents bear the burden of education, they also sacrifice the tree.
In the era of Virtual Reality, 3D printing, and drones, the tool used in educational institutions around the world is a simple pencil.  Even 400 years after the invention, 15 to 20 billion pencils are made every year.
Cedar wood is most commonly used in pencils in the northwestern coast of the United States, when its coin comes mostly from the mines of China and Sri Lanka.  Every year, 60,000 to 80,000 trees are cut to maintain the world's pencils.
In Australia, students spend a quarter of their lives in the classroom.
Education is sometimes abolished and students enter into practical life.  But this happens after two decades in New Zealand.
However, Australia has been excluded from these two countries, where students spend six to 28 years in school, college and university.  These totals make up 22.9 years, which is about a quarter of the average age of Australian citizens.
Niger's students, on the other hand, spend the least time on education.  There children begin their educational journey from age seven up to an average of only 5.3 years.
