What can we learn from this if a person already sharpens his ax?  He can cut wood more effectively, so we can use our time more effectively if we plan in advance what time we will work.  Do it later or better not to do what may not be so important but take a lot of your time and energy. If you finish your work ahead of time, why not?  Start doing what you wanted to do later? When you first think about what you will do, you will be able to get more work done in less time.  Sharpens his ax before cutting wood.

 Don't expect too much from yourself. "Wisdom is with the underdog. Of course, we want to do a job well and it's a good habit. But sometimes we may exceed our expectations.  Expectations are linked and this is why we face disappointment and even failure. Consider an example in this regard. When a person learns another language, he should be prepared for that.  He will make some mistakes. He must understand that he will learn from those mistakes, but the person who expects himself to do everything flawlessly is afraid.  No one will say that he should never make a mistake, because of such thinking he will never be able to move forward, so it is important that a person is humble and does not expect too much from himself.  A humble person does not consider himself very important, but he usually laughs at his mistakes

According to the World Health Organization, 30 million people worldwide are physically disabled, including Pakistan, of which 80% are from developing countries, and according to UN data, 10% of the global population suffers from some form of disability. According to the World Organization Report, 30 million people of the world are disabled, while in Pakistan one million people are physically, mentally, impaired and have hearing and hearing impairments, most of which are children with disabilities in our country. Percentage of the population is deprived of education due to lack of proper facilities. There is not a proper government body that works to better educate and educate their rights and help make their lives easier on the government's disregard for the disabled. There is frustration, people with disabilities are in the capital of the country, they can be made available by a viable person. In Pakistan it has been seen as special that we see these special people with compassion and help. Efforts are made to do this, but this cooperation is limited to a few bucks, while the requirement is that not only the government, individuals, industrial bodies and ordinary people should also take steps that do not distinguish themselves from others and play a dynamic role. in society. Special people in Pakistan suffer from many problems. Lack of awareness, institutional administrators and staff do not cover the mental capacities of individuals. They are rejected for employment only because of physical disabilities, or are offered low salaries based on their qualifications, rather than higher education and skills. With accessible technologies and assistive devices for people with disabilities in developed countries, hearing and vision impairments, office work can be done easily. In our country too, the management of enterprises needs to be trained in this regard and they should be informed to create jobs in their institutions according to the types of disability. Pakistan has also signed the Global Convention on the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities and the State is responsible for the rehabilitation of those with disabilities, the performance of the government is not good for disabled people, the government is improving the lives of people. and give them all their rights.
