Efforts are made to do this, but this cooperation is limited to a few bucks, while the requirement is that not only the government, individuals, industrial bodies and ordinary people should also take steps that do not distinguish themselves from others and play a dynamic role. in society. Special people in Pakistan suffer from many problems. Lack of awareness, institutional administrators and staff do not cover the mental capacities of individuals. They are rejected for employment only because of physical disabilities, or are offered low salaries based on their qualifications, rather than higher education and skills. With accessible technologies and assistive devices for people with disabilities in developed countries, hearing and vision impairments, office work can be done easily. In our country too, the management of enterprises needs to be trained in this regard and they should be informed to create jobs in their institutions according to the types of disability. Pakistan has also signed the Global Convention on the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities and the State is responsible for the rehabilitation of those with disabilities, the performance of the government is not good for disabled people, the government is improving the lives of people. and give them all their rights.
